SHE'S STANDING ON THE SAME LEVEL AS HIM.
DID SHE TAKE A MAGICAL STAIRCASE? IN THE SPAN OF ONE PANEL IN THE SAME PAGE? UNPOSSIBLE. IS MIWA JUST SHITTING WITH US?

#1 is a much younger looking Einstellsehn compared to #2, who displays a fuller facial line/cheeks and also lips. #2 looks rather old.
Compared to #1 and #2, #3 however, is childish (see: hands, different clothes, lips, facial structure), and has shorter hair. Also the drawing style (if that can be an argument) = #3 has a structure/style that Miwa frequently uses to draw children (see: luki and noki) that is distinctive to the style used to draw adults.

SO THE CONCLUSION
THERE ARE THREE MANIFESTATIONS OF EINSTELLSEHN;
OLD, YOUNG, AND CHILD.
you will notice that the young (#1) looks not much different from the flashbacks of the child!arc Einstellsehn, which was considerably long time ago considering how much Heine and Giovanni have grown since then (at least a decade). For her to have maintained this young look for all this time seems impossible.
So we will have to conclude that #2 is, in fact, the "original" einstellsehn who existed at the time of the child!arc as revealed by canon series, and this "new" einstellsehn was "created" after heine's escape (see: "you killed everyone, even the professors"). And it would make sense that she would have a much younger replacement handy (#3) as a JUST IN CASE emergency.
