I love his way of praising his players without actually saying so. "Get outa my office" can easily mean "I'm proud of you," and they know it.

Oh - this was awesome...he's seriously the best inspirational speaker, this side of Jed Bartlett! I love his speeches to the team, although I think his "chat" with Julie is still my favourite Coach speech ever!
