I feel like they worked really hard to make Tyra this strong woman, standing up for herself and those she loved. The kind of woman that doesn't take shit from anyone, tells it like she sees it and is completely aware of her beauty and doesn't have a problem using it when necessary. And then, they devolved her into a scared little girl, calling a boy to come save her. While I think that could have been an interesting study - to watch how something so terrifying can affect such a strong woman, I never got over the fact that the entire storyline seemed created just to bring together her and Landry together.
Now it's overly cliched and it doesn't feel real. And that's what I love about FNL, they take the crazy ideas and soapy stories and make them real.
It would have helped to see Matt wondering what the hell was up with Landry during that entire debacle storyline. Or to see the team's shock when the news broke that Landry confessed. Or something. Anything

Yeah, I thought it was kind of stupid how they ended that whole storyline. I mean, it wasn't a great one to being with, but the fact that they ended it so abruptly with Landry going to Tyra's telling her that they're not gonna press charges was lame.
Now this whole thing with Tyra avoiding Landry...that was expected, I thought.
I hate that suddenly (well not suddenly but close to suddenly) the friendship between Matt & landry has just..gone. Okay, the whole on and not on team could have been (a lame!) excuse as to why but now? Both on team and yet had NO scenes together, Landry KILLED a guy and...nothing.
I dont like when friendships end and more so with no good reason.
More on topic (sorry for rant) I do hope (& think) that there will be more on the story, I read no spoilers though so possibly I am behind but it seems that with the scene Landry made and the way the town is it would not be plausible for it to go hidden and the show has kept such a good continued story that anything else would not work. That being said part me thinks the story has taken its time and what I want to see more is Landry and his reaction to it and how he changes not just him-Tyra and how it could be.
It is 6 am and I possibly made no sense (though I think I did) and certainly should not be allowed to communicate with others and yet I do..apologies if I went steering off. ^-^
