And Long John Silvers and A&W. And its no longer Tricon...its the Yum! Brands Inc.

Hehe sorry, just felt like being a smart-ass. =P

That articles bullshit though, what an ass of a manager. Pizza Hut lets you wear jackets and sweatshirts while driving that don't say PH. Why can't a taco bell employee wear a normal coat to keep from getting frostbite? Dumb.

It's most likely not as stupid as it appears...

She either had to have been doing other things she wasn't supposed to, or something like... "Hey, you can't wear this jacket. You should be wearing one of our's." "Yeah, whatever. I'll wear my jacket if I want to."

Even as something as stupid as a jacket, it's still insuborniation. The manager has probably had other conflicts with the crew member and the media is making them out to be the bad guy.

That is pretty messed up that she got fired. Too bad she didn't work at Pizza hut b/c i know the one i work at, you gotta do something really bad to get fired from there. I personally think that the manager was just being a dick b/c he lost so many points on his champs check during his shift. or maybe they were one 100 away from getting $1000 for the crew to do what they want with it. but yeah we've had some pretty bad scores for our dress uniforms not being proper and it being specific people, and they didn't get fired...she's better off going somewhere else if the management is going to be like that its gotta suck. Hell...i'm late everyday, and i haven't been fired after 4 months. It wasn't the company, b/c that's not part of the policy...she should've had a written warning before termination for that type of offense.
