Gorgeous stuff. I snagged some Lost avies. Have you seen the Shayid video "Hurricane" on youtube? Fantastic fanvid, I have to say.

thank you :) I haven't seen that one but i'll have to find it.. i'm always looking for good Shayid vids.. Shattered is anothe rgood one as well which I have saved. and I've actually made a few that on my Youtube channel, which is under the same name I use here if your ever interested in checking them :)

I posted this on another board (TwoP, on the Shannon thread):

I really wonder what was supposed to be Shannon's story in the sideways. After all, the producers said that they had a STORY for her and not a 30 seconds clip in "The End". They had tried to get Maggie Grace since the very first episode of season 6 (and maybe in others) but that's the problem with killing off characters in season 2 and wanting to use them in season 6: the actors move on. Acting is a job and they have to work. And MG, apparently, had been shooting elsewhere and couldn't be in the 6th season, except for that short part in the last episode.

Which makes me wonder, really: what would have been Shannon's story, had MG been available? How would Sayid and Shannon have met? Because I believe that they would have, before the fight in that alley.

I can only hope that the producers will give us some info on that, once they are out of their self-imposed silence.

Mmm, yeah, makes sense. I really would have loved to see MG in LAX and Sundown and as you said, with Shayid being endgame, it made sense. It would have shown in the same flash sideways the two women that Sayid had loved (although after discussing with a friend of mine, who has studied psychology for 4 years in college, I'm starting to see the Sayid-Nadia story under a new angle), one being married to his brother and the other being free, totally foreshadowing The End

in "Of The Sayid said to Ben 'you would remember if buried the woman you loved' referring to Shannon. That's when Ben asked him "did you lose someone? here onteh isand? what happened to her?" He told him what happenned and then said 'you know what I lost' and proceeeded to beat the snot out of him. He also said at her funeral, 'we did meet, we did speak and... I loved her' So many declaratons were made on that front, including the one in the rain. So there is no doubt on the front
