This is an interesting look at one of their missions. How old were you picturing Kakashi here? It's one of those stories that makes me wonder so much about what came after...what Minato thought about it, how Kakashi explained himself (if he did) and what became of the retraining etc.

Thanks. I left it a bit open ended, but I possibly have a sequel rolling around in my head. Well, if it ever finds its way out.

As for his age...gah. I always picture him as around 16 when I write him with Minato...but that's not quite correct. Though I really think his physical age is not important. He had to grow up fast.

hehe on the age thing -- it's hard when he's with minato I think to pin him down and I too want to make him older in that pairing. I asked here because I wondered if he was young and that contributed to him 'breaking' as it were.

Ah well... itcomesinphases for your kakairu with Kakashi smoking but I didn't comment there b/c I swear I'd read that story somewhere else O_o (did you post it elsewhere awhile back) and that i'd commented then but if it was new then I did like it too :) i think that's something kakashi would definitely do it's something I wanted to include in a chapter of the story I'm writing about Kakashi after IRuka is dead but I've never gotten around to finishing it.

However, I recognize your nick from yonkaka I always like your drabblish things you post there :)

Ah, I see. Well, I was going to hints of yonkaka, so i wanted to show that he could handle the physical pain of the torture, but he couldn't handle Minato also getting hurt.

Oh, I posted the smoking one to kakairu a while back. But a few months ago I had a made posting spree and posted all of my writing to my lj (before I had done everything with fake cuts. XD)
