I can't figure why, when this fic ended in a positive way, that it has left me feeling sad. I really miss that ship-that-never-was. :(

I think the hug they got in Season 10 was the best and closest we'll ever get to to closure. At least TPTB gave them 5 seconds alone on screen. *sigh*
