Does she at least show signs of UNDERSTANDING what you say to her? Like if you ask her to point to something, or does she turn towards you when you call her name? I only got Thomas into Early Intervention because he did not understand language or respond to his name...though that is finally getting better! Well, that and the autistic and sensory quirks.
