This is absolutely disgraceful and sickening. It makes me want to make a complaint too even thought it didn't happen to me.

Yes, exactly! I wish there were something more I can do, but I'm settling for posting this letter EVERYWHERE. (FB, twitter, tumblr...) If enough people know about it, then UA can't just sweep it under the rug. And I love that the girl is contacting The Consumerist. I hope that she goes ahead and talks to the Seattle news station about it, as well. (Hell, she should take the story to the San Francisco news, too!)
