The dinner had been good. The food was great and judging by the amount of wine that Annie consumed it would end with a drunken bang. No pun intended of course. The walk back to his apartment would do wonders for them. Harvey had himself a few drinks as well and cold New York on his face was sobering. He had an arm wrapped around Annie as they walked. He was clearly very unaware of them being followed. In New York everyone was following everyone. He didn't think twice.

Pulling Harvey with her around the corner of the next alley, she pushed him up against the wall and kissed him solidly. Because she was on US soil, she wasn't carrying any weapon of use to her. Of course, the distraction that she was using now was a tried and true one: the lover's kiss. If the people she thought were following her really were, then they'd stop, too, and make a move or wait for them to leave the alley. If not, they'd simply pass on by. It was a trick she'd learned not long after joining the Agency when an op in DC had gone sideways.

He grunted at the contact with the wall and then her lips were there to make him forget that shooting side pain. He leaned forward into her and didn't even notice the man standing at the mouth of the alleyway. He was too busy with Annie's lips.

As soon as she'd come to the conclusion that they weren't alone, she broke the kiss and gave the man at the entrance to the alley a falsely annoyed look as if he were interrupting their good time (which, really, he kind of was). "Um, excuse me? This isn't really a spectator sport."
In her mind, she was hoping that he would move along and that this wasn't going to be an issue.
