Ah, Justified...I love you so! Lines I loved (keep in mind that I'm Southern...)
Pretty sorta-rican girl I love Raylen's word-plays, and it sounds like he and the writers are in on a prank to see who notices what.
Shoofly pie Quarles trying to be smart with LImehouse was such a fail for him.
That may be how it works where you’re from, but “brown” here This is how I heard it, and I took it as Limehouse taking a shot at Quarles race and his almost spooky pale complexion.
Love fest at the jail Too much goodness to put here. It was awesome.
On whose authority did he check my car? Oh, the president’s, congress, the United States of America I loved this exchange with Napier, plus the line you pointed out

I loved that exchange too! I just read that Olyphant was the one who came up with the idea of Raylan having the trucker pose as an agent! He definitely has fun with the show.
Quarles didn't say much about Raylan's mother but what was implied (that he knew her) did piss Raylan off. I have to confess that there were bits of dialogues between Quarles and Limehouse that I didn't get. If only I had subtitles...
Also I have never seen The Sopranos.
Re: Boyd's speech, it isn't what he said but the way he said it that I find over the top. It's just too theatrical for my taste. But yes Jim Beaver was fine.
