Lovely......but do think about this.....Francis became a leader of many. He is still serving as a leader. God will have His way!!

I was recently at the birthday party for my good friend, Fr. Victor, who turned 88. Several "influential" lay people came, one of whom paid for the lavish party, and also paid for the new Jesuit High School in Cebu. There were about ten Jesuit priests and brothers there as well. One of them the provincial. When I walked into the dining room, Sister Gabriella and I took a seet at the table closest to the door (and furthest from the buffet bable.) It was obvious the "big wigs" were taking seats at the tables closer to the food. Fr. Victor came in and immediately sat at the table with Sister Gabriella, Cris (the retreat house administrator) and another visitor. He sat with the "least" of those gathered. Now, there's a leader!!

What a good point! Haha! I totally missed that. God's wry humour.

That is such a beautiful story, dear nun_sense. A true leader indeed. I will take that story away with me. Thank you for sharing it.
