It is school holidays, which means very little to me besides that the train is quieter and my meditation classes are on a break. And I must admit, I adore having my evenings free agin.  I remember I used to have empty evenings most of the time.  They were good. How busy we do get.

~Surely we subjecting ourselves to bad treatment is not part of the aim here. I guess that is when we try to minimise our contact with that person if possible (people can be incompatible without either being ‘wrong’) and cultivate patience, good will and understanding for them in our hearts as best we can. Either way, if there is an individual that is a problem of us, my instinct would be to keep them in our prayers, especially if that is the only way we can direct peace towards them.~
