It does! I’ve heard about this book before as well, I know it was a bestseller in a pretty popular genre, so hopefully the chances are good that there will be interest from different networks. Book adaptations do seem to be all the rage these days, so I can’t see why this won’t work out for her

It will be nice to see her back on tv again if this (hopefully!) does get picked up :)

I thought so too actually! It reminds me of the kind of projects that Reese Witherspoon has been involved with recently with adapting her favourite books, and I know that Sarah has always been a keen reader as well, so presumably this is a bit of a passion project for her

Seems interesting enough. Hopefully WB doesn't try to stick it on the CW.

That did occur to me as well :P Hopefully not though as this doesn’t really sound like something the CW would be interested in, I’m hoping this sort of limited series would be of more interest to somewhere like HBO or Netflix

I don't think HBO will go with it. Given the success of the series You, I think it's something Lifetime might welcome. Maybe in partnership with Netflix.

I am not sure what to think about Ellen DeGeneres after the whole "Kevin Hart debacle" but I might check out the show anyway, even though I've never really seen Buffy, so don't really have a "relationship" with SMG =D I've watched "The Crazy Ones"; though, and liked her, so you never know :)
