Shauna Elizabeth Saliba was born on July14, 2007 at 4:58 A.M.  She wieghed 5 lbs 10 oz and was 20 inches and a quarter long.  After 3 pushes, she came out face up, not breathing, but looking right at Patrick and me.  The doctors gave her oxygen and when I heard her cry it was the best sound I have ever heard.  The 10 minutes that the doctors had to
