Is there anyone in eljay land who would be willing to lend me a sewing machine? I'm doing a course which the trusty 1970s Husqvarna decided was a bit too much -- the upper thread tension went way off, my fabric was getting pulled down through the needle plate, and my attempts to fix it led to a squeaking noise when stitching at full speed.

I would need to take it to my lesson on Tuesday so if I could collect it tomorrow I could bring it back to you on Wednesday if you're home. Would that be ok?
