Dragon Purple

Our bedroom is finally painted. I believe the exact color is called "Purple Dragon". It's a lavender tone. All that really matters is that it no longer feels like I'm sleeping inside a stick of butter when I go in there. It smells like I'm sleeping inside a chemist's ass, but it looks nice ( Read more... )

You sure you like *that* guy? I mean, Garth Brooks was in the other guy's house.

Is he the one that sounds like Chris Gaines?

No, that's a totally different person. You should've asked the guy if Chris Gaines has ever been in his house? Fifty bucks says he would've said no.

As soon as the crown molding is put up I'm totally posting pics! It just looks so relaxing in there. And I'm waiting eagerly to see your new kitchen (as I'm sure you are too!).

The only thing I've been more eager to see than my new kitchen is my unborn children.

Yes, post a pic.

You guys are hilarious! I like the flags.

I also want a salad shooter. Find out where the person who bought you this found it.

Also, thanks for the kudos, but all I did was write shit down. And eat. Mmm, we must go back there sometime....

I will. Or, you know, you could just DRIVE THE THREE MILES OVER HERE and see it in person.

Thanks! We thought we were pretty hilars.

You should also come over here and play with the salad shooter. You could come over, see the purple, slice some taters, and then we could drive an hour and a half for dinner. There's a great idea! ... Mostly.

YAY BRIDESMAIDS! You know, my sister-in-law was the most mellow bride I've ever seen.
BRIDESMAIDS: "What kind of shoes should we wear, as bridesmaids?"
BRIDE: "Oh! Just wear what you have."
BRIDESMAIDS: "....we love you."

ETA: so I just realized that coasterprisoner is Kevin (don't feel bad, I'm slow. I realised that a coworker of mine had a baby with another coworker like 7 years ago. Yes the kid is 7. Granted, I just started working with her, but I couldn't reconcile the 'Earl' she was talking about as the kid's father as the Earl I knew). ANYWAY. I think you guys are ridiculous and adorable and I want, like, a pair of you to put near my TV or something.

Yes! I didn't even think about shoes! One of the bridesmaids brought it up, and another one picked out a bunch, and I was like, oh, okay. Let's do that then.

Oh, don't worry about it, I don't often realize things like that either. And LOL! We'd happily just come ourselves and sit by your TV. We sit by our own often enough. ;)
