Last night's sushi endeavor went much better than the first. This time we actually managed to get things cut!

YAAAAY! I'm glad the sushi making is working out for you. Now you just need a cute little bento box for work lunches to make everyone jealous. If cutting them remains a struggle you can always make handrolls or just dump the rice in a bowl and sprinkle the ingredients on top and eat with chopsticks, I used to do that when I was feeling lazy. Otherwise, really sharp knives are a must.

Yeah, I must have cut myself a billion times because we just don't have sharp enough knives and it's hard to slice up cucumbers and sushi itself.
