OMG I loved the mistletoe kiss and Arthur's christmas present for Gwen.
Also loved the scene between Morgana and Gwen (how she was becoming more aware of Gwen's feelings and tried to ask her about) and Morgana's dream about Arthur and Gwen.
Gwen stepped forwards and Morgana's breath caught. It was Gwen as Morgana had only ever seen her in glimpses: tall, resplendent and absolutely not playing at queen. She clearly had no need of the crown on her head to prove her leadership.
Applause, thunderous and overwhelming, broke out amongst the gathered assembly. It made Gwen jump, and Morgana laughed in delight as Gwen smiled in shy surprise before offering a little wave which only had the people yelling the louder.
"There's hope," Morgana said aloud, to no one, or possibly to everyone. "There's hope, then."
This. Epic win!!!

2. "another flagon of wine for Morgana." LOL'd so hard @ keyword: another.
3. I'm a little dizzy from that kiss.
4. "one more....it's christmas" nearly killed me.
5. Morgana/Gwen nearly killed me.
6. That kiss. That....kiss. skjdfhjlskhfjskdhfjk, that...kiss...sajdjkd.
7. No lie, this story made me shiver at some points, and it has nothing to do with the crazy winds outside my window.
8. kissssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss.

ASDJFKL;SADFJL. I think I literally flailed at that line. I also absolutely loved the comparison between Arthur's kisses and falling snowflakes -- such a pretty metaphor for a gesture that's just as special.
Additionally, the plotty bits with Morgana were surprising yet very, very well done. It pained me how her friendship with Gwen seemed to have been all but forgotten in the most recent episode of the show; your writing brought that affection and tenderness rushing right back. This could easily have been a basic fluff piece but you gave it depth by fleshing out the various emotional points between the girls and between Arthur and Gwen, then tying everything up perfectly with that last poignant vision. Just -- YES. This is exactly what I needed after a horrible week. Thanks so much for sharing it!
On that note, I can't believe I haven't read your stuff before! Simply clicking on the Gwen/Arthur tag has pretty much locked in what I'm going to do for the next few days. ♥
