The "epic" scene is Logan rambling his drunk ass off. And within hours of it, he was making booty calls to Kendall, so who cares what he says? Actions always speak louder than words. Which, I think, was the point Rob Thomas was always trying to make with them, to an audience that refused to get it.

I AGREE. SO HANDSOME. I just didn't list it, because I didn't want to appear shallow. But, yes, in addition to being RESISTANCE LEADER OF AWESOME, VICTOR LASZLO IS A HOTTIE.

Sorry to harp on this, but you know what other thing I can't stand? I see it less now, but in VM's heyday, someone would post an L/V fic or whatever, and under the pairing, it would go like this:

Pairing: Logan/Veronica (obviously!)

Ugh. That 'obviously' made me irate. Like there was absolutely no way in the world it could ever be something else. And I'm seeing it now in the True Blood fandom, and ditto.

I basically gave up on finding Veronica Mars fic, and defriended the VM fic communities for reasons just like that. It was like, why am I taking up flist space, just to see a continuous run of fic I don't remotely want to read?
