Ohh dear, I just realized how crazy my life is about to become!! so I work for the next week direct through almost. then I fly out to Orange county Wednesday and leave Saturday returning to work 6 hours after I get back to Denver. I have one normal week of work after that with normal days off then it's off to Vancouver BC to visit some friends up

Fantastic hon I know my weight loss is gonna slow down but I hope to turn alot of my weight into muscle so I could be ok with 220 and mostly muscle
