Being an angel, Castiel is able to pick up on supernatural happenings. And as there are many non-human characters in Camp (or just humans with ~special powers~) and I've spent quite a bit of time away from the game, my memory has become a bit hazy on who-is-what. So, if there is anything supernatural/spiritual/weird/WHATEVER about your character

Ryoutarou is a special human who can travel through time without distorting its flow. he probably just feels weird and molestable or something.

Kaoru is a normal human but possesses a bloodline of power? I DUNNO IF THIS COUNTS FOR ANYTHING! But with mojikara, the power of words, she can ... write things and they become real. Essentially.

Goku isn't human; he's an alien lifeform from another planet!

Mayumi is possessed by this ancient evil spirit. :'D

Hisoka and Wakaba are Shinigami aka formerly dead humans/death gods/whatever you want to call it. Hisoka also has empathic powers and Wakaba is a gatekeeper for another world, but the Shinigami thing is proooobably more immediately noticeable.
Fakir is the reincarnation of someone from a story, but I have no idea how that would ping. Also, he has the power to change reality.
Genis is a half-elf, elves in his world being aliens. He can use powerful magic!
Mirka and Shaz are science!vampires, or humans with nanomachines in their blood. So they might not ping oddly spiritually, but they have the fangs and stuff, so yes.
Ouka is a normal human with healing powers, but she's the vessel for the archangel Raphael (residing dormantly in a core in her right hand). Castiel can notice that, but I'd prefer it if he doesn't outright tell her that Raphael is there, since it looks like she isn't consciously aware of it and Raphael is uh, trigger-happy when woken up.
Tomoe is a kitsune/fox spirit. He's also a familiar bound to a land god, Nanami, who

Tony Foster is a wizard! He's a pretty powerful one, if lacking in formal training.

Fenris is an elf, not human. He himself has no magic, but the tattoos that cover his body are made from lyrium mixed with ink, lyrium being essentially the solid form of magic. So he's still majorly magic-shit pingy, since he has a small fortune of raw magic crammed under his skin.

Elijah is a ridiculously old vampire - one of the original family of vampires in his universe. This means he's fairly powerful, can't really die, blah blah blah. GOOD STUFF.
