I just got the email yesterday. I'm approved for Birthright! For those of you who don't know, Birthright is a big umbrella organization that sends Jewish kids 18-26 to Israel FOR FREE! I got a haircut on Friday. A drastic haircut.

I have lost my mane, and now the trimmer, less shaggy, more kempt me is also about five pounds lighter. Or so it seems. But I'm quite impressed with myself that I finally made the leap to be able to see through the shagginess again.

I have to say that Songs was AWESOME. We rocked. Amazing job to everybody; cast, pit, crew. There was just soo much energy and everyone finally broke out of the mould of reluctance and was so psyched. And I gotta admit that even I was glad to be there tonight. You guessed it. I'm sick. it started some time around yesterday. The sneezing. the sore throat. the coughing. the drippy nose. the congestion. the whole shabang.
