There was a report of some paranormal stuff going on in Claire's building that was right up BPRD's alley. Of course, Claire went since it was her building, and 2D went along because even if people couldn't die because of the Miracle, going alone was never a good idea.

By the time they had gotten there, it seems they weren't the first, and someone had started the party for them.
