MDMA isn't any more dangerous than alcohol when it's pure and used responsibly. Street drugs are usually cut, covert users often don't take precautions like hydrating properly, and they're reluctant to call an ambulance if it's necessary.

But it's not illegal here, so no one needs to be on the down-low about it.
