The lists idea is a "good" one. I still make lists every night before I go to bed. Realizing, at the end of the day, that I have accomplished nothing always makes me feel really bad :D :D :D And then to ram the nails into the coffin I read a few pages of a Thomas Jefferson biography to remind of just how awesome other people can be :P
