well, I actually use this one site called imageauthor.com & you go to it & then this thing pops up asking you to run this one program & click run & the whole thing loads up & you can do whatever you want from there(make buddy icons or LJ icons or other things)...ya, edited the pics I used tho on a photo editor tho...
