Fursuit pics

Here are some pics from last weekend, tigerman and I headed out to Clifton, we met up with shy_matsi and then caught up with runtt and his band By Blood Alone. Unfortunately the timing was changed so we missed seeing their set but it was fun to run around in fursuit and chill

Next time the band is in Clifton I'm sure we'll be checking them out again, not to mention there's always fursuiting events being posted on fursuit_gigs all the time ;)

So which one is Shy and which one is Watcher? I'm assuming you're not in the pics.

hehe, not quite. Watcher took the pics using my camera. Shy is in the MFM 9 shirt and I'm in fursuit with the bear ;)

And Runtt is the one out of suit in the first pic.

cool first time seeing Shy's suit. Nice choice BTW :P how is it fursuitting & clubbing? Looks like AWESOME!

As for fursuiting in a club... well, it's claustrophobic, you're surrounded by people you're not too sure about, and your sight is reduced to shit ^.^

Mostly ignored, there wasn't a huge crowd there by the time we arrived (which was past the halfway point of the bands). A few people really liked us, though one of them (I'm gonna guess he was drunk) kinda grabbed my head to give me a noogie. Most of the pics above were with band members but at least one of the girls was just some random patron, plus a couple guys took pictures of us with their cellphones.

I've been in bars with my fursuit a few times, even under the best conditions it's a little nervewracking. You have very little space to work with, can barely see, not much air circulation (thank goodness there's no smoking in bars these days), and as I said - it's iffy with the crowd, I mean it's not really where one would expect to see a six foot tall cartoon animal ^.^;;;

Neat! Wish I knew; Clifton is only about 25-30 minutes away from me.
