You just have to right-click on the icon you want to grab and then click "Save image..", to save it on your computer.
If you want to use icons in livejournal, you should upload them at the "Manage Userpics" site (http://www.livejournal.com/editpics.bml)

Doh!! I started to do that but I was right clicking on image 60 and saw tsccpng2 and thought it was going to download the entire page and for some reason I didn't try any other images to see if I got same thing.
