I got rejected by UW again. So time to come up with a new plan.

1. Apply for scholarships at SMU (the only one still accepting applications)

2. Get a job. A real job. Like career? just not my future career. Temporary.

Met up with my doctor, talked for a long time. Helped relieve a lot of guilt and resolve some doubt and whatnot. It was good to be able to talk to someone who had no expectation or judgements. It really did help a lot. I don't know what the future holds, but it'll be better than now.

So, my parents sneak attacked me about my feelings. Which is for the better I suppose. I'm going to start seeing a psychiatrist, and hopefully make some positive life changes. Also, maybe going to go to Kenya in the summer to help build some farms. That'd be nice. Things are looking up, but I can't help but look down.

Today was so weird. I guess I'd give it like a 3/10, but that's better than I expect my days to be as of late. Still weird though ( Read more... )
