I just got word that my ex has pled guilty to spousal abuse and whatever other charges were leveled against him. I have an extreme amount of pain that has lifted off my shoulders, and closure that has been given for something I couldn't close myself. Thank the gods that he got sloppy. ***hugs*** That's the kind of relief that no amount of massage or medicine could ever reach. I'm glad to hear YOU get to heal and have some relaxation for a change. :)

Feel sorry for his spouse, but I am glad that he is being held accountable for his actions. Maybe, he wont be able to repeat the pattern again.

I have a huge amount of empathy and sympathy for his ex-wife for having to suffer through this. No one asks for this, even the people I'm not terribly fond of. And I hope it will break the pattern, if it doesn't, his dad will make sure it doesn't happen (and I definitely feel for them as well, they did not raise their son to be an abuser).
