Tonight was nothing short of a pretty okay night. Went out to Ann Arbor, had some drinks, kind of felt like the third wheel... nothing i'm not already used to. I stumbled back to my apartment tonight, getting ready to go to bed. I figured I haven't stalked a certain someone in quite a while, might as well see if he's done anything knew or exciting

If you haven't contacted him recently, I'd say he completely blocked in order to keep himself off of your facebook page. I've done this before (not with ex's; with an ex roommate). I would guess that he's got a lot of regret; I know i don't know the whole story, but based on this?
