So, congress decided it would be a good idea to construct a 'fence' on the US/Mexican border (read: Berlin Wall).

I wonder if they intentionally waited until Reagan died to do this.

Reagan would have loved such a fence. He was never one for actually making any freaking sense or following his own values.

Then again, undocumented immigration means great sweatshop jobs. What he would have really loved would be a way to toss the poor immigrants back out after they get old or their health is ruined by exposure to toxic chemicals, when they are no longer useful to rich white people.

That's why there is a tunnel with an obstacle course and fitness test that was constructed under the bridge by "illegal aliens," thus allowing only foreigners suited for factory labor to cross the border. They are monitored until they become feeble or search for better employment, then "found,"then shipped back to Mexico. Olé!
