One of my new year's resolutions was to lose weight - and since the beginning of the year I've dropped around 15 lbs! Booyeah! I think that a portion of that is due to the hormones - either directly or because I'm feeling good that my life is finally headed in the direction I want it to go. Either way, exercising is a lot easier now (ie - running)
