My mother doesn't suffer from cancer...cancer suffers from my mother.

So I haven't really posted this here, first because I didn't want to, and then later because most of the people who read this already knew.  My mom has cancer.  It's the good kind, if there is a good kind.  Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.  The latest studies have like a 95% recovery rate if it's caught in stage 1, which it was.  A few weeks back she had an ( Read more... )

Even though I don't know your mom, I feel like your spunk and spirit must have come from somewhere. So if it came from her - well, you said it best. Cancer's gonna suffer.

I have always wondered what the mother of Franklin Slaton looks like. Now I know. Your mother is a very attractive woman (take that as respectfully as possible).

Hey, my mom had cancer too! She had both melanoma and breast cancer at the same time, and she kicked their asses. Of course, the surgery that they did on her was actually named after the guy doing her surgery, so that couldn't have hurt. UAB hospital is sweet.
