Office has Moved

My office has moved. I sit with a view of much cardboard and wires and such, but the phone's working; the computer's working; I've got a printer hooked up; BUT the most important thing is... I have a window. Floor to ceiling. Wider across than I am tall. It is LOVE. I just saw a train go by down Main and I knew I had to write it in here. I

Heh. Most of the people in my profession tend to flee from windows when possible. After all, they let in sunlight and we're allergic. It says so in the union bylaws.

Knowing what the weather is doing is nice though.

I always have to be the heretic and rebel, don't I? I'd pitch a FIT if they took away my window...

Well, the only time I really had a window it was over my shoulder so the light reflected off the screen, faced east so I got that first thing in the morning blinding, and only looked out over the parking ramp anyway. (Though the trees up on the bluff were pretty...)

I might not have had an ideal window.
