chicken problem

So okay, I know I lived in a neighbourhood that could be described as a semi-village of some sort. I know that some of my neighbours still have chickens and goats and well, farm animals (though I don't see any water buffaloes these days). I know that they don't really have appropriate land to house them

Hahah, it's a bit complicated. I think that the owner, having no land and probably little money to feed his/her chickens, let the chickens graze on their own. I don't know how exactly he/she keeps tabs on the chickens, but the chickens don't come by at night, so I presume that he/she caught them one by one by the end of the day. Knowing which one is the owner of the chicken might be a problem too. Aaand, talking to them might just upset them. I'm sad to say that it's not a pretty neighbourhood, dearie /sighs

oh dear. I know how you feel! I have this neighbour who clearly has no brains, they let their cats out marauding in the night and all they do is crap all over me & my neighbours' houses!!! >_<||| it is so bloody annoying.. too bad we can't eat cat meat lol.

It's pretty wet mostly on the afternoons. There were some dreadful days, but thankfully, it's been bearable for the last few days.
