Man 1: ...they were absolutely bloody fantastic.

Man 2: Did you use goose fat?

thanks for the info re caterers Kirsty. checked out their website - sounds amazing! does your household usually use them?. I've actualy gone for a firm my boss has told me about called Taste buds http://www.taste-buds.co.uk/, based in Keynsham who she has used once or twice and have been really good. but many thanks. :)
