I hope I'm not spoilering the whole story but here's the summary:

Mei-chan was blamed on Izumi's leave. Kiba asked all the ladies to help Izumi and ended up the bastard Shinobu offering Izumi a hand with a condition: Izumi challenged our poor beloved Mei-chan in a duel (not the butlers, but the ladies themselves). Meanwhile Rihito confronted Shinobu for what he intended to do with Mei. Shinobu said that Rihito will no longer serve Mei-chan but Rihito insisted that he will only serve Mei-chan because that was what he desired.
