I found two of her Naruto one-shots originally from this Star Wars forum - Jedi Council Forums.

Eatos' All I need is you is a modified copy of Savin' Me by SabyneAmberle on the forums.

Eatos' Just One Chance is a modified copy of Far Away by Chilla on the forums. The Original also seems to be posted here, and here - I'm assuming is the original author.

She's changed the names to suit her fandom and added more content.
