A copy of the comment I sent to the BBC about their TV program "last choir standing"

This is the worst music programme you have yet made. It is a genuine horror. For every minute of music there are five minutes of squeals, postures, overacting, natter, and nonsense. Where the Hell did the BBC get the idea that music is not enough to keep an audience interested? Are you morons, or do you think we are?

They got the idea from American TV.

*boycotts every so-called 'reality show' ever made*

Or American TV from them - you may remember that Big Brother, the show that started all the horror, was originally conceived in the Netherlands.

Lowest common denominator...I haven't seen the show, but if you enjoy the actual music, why not just video tape it and then fast forward through the guff?

Three good reasons:
1)a considerable amount of the music is threaded over, under and around all the idiot scenes;
2)the music pieces are often intercut with comments from the judges;
3)my recorder doesn't work.
