I read too slow and I'm too tired to finish it tonight, but I liked the idea of God as the long-suffering yet patient spouse of a philanderer. That made me smile. God with one hand on the handle of the drawer with the rolling pin, tight smile, slight eye-roll... "Divine Comedy"= sick sense of humor.
