Well, at the end he's just being a jerk just to annoy Sungmin (sort of hinting that Kyuhyun wasn't COMPLETELY drunk earlier and heard all the cheesy pick up lines from Kangin...) xD

As for the random face touching... Hmm, I guess Kyuhyun thinks Sungmin's pretty? xD
