I love how she described the actors. And I love that she calls them a family. Those bonds will last forever, I hope ( ... )

I really like this woman a lot. She's so gracious and so beautiful. Teyla was a great character, and I loved what an equal she was to the men. Her fight with Ronon will always be one of my favorite scenes.

Thanks for the link!

You are so welcome.

One of my favorite scenes is one between Ronon and Teyla. Occurred in Season 4. There were sparring and Teyla was blindfolded and Ronon told her to stop hitting.

LOL, that scene was priceless!

Like Camy, I too was drawn to SGA by Rachel's Teyla and the chemistry between she and Sheppard. To be honest though even if Shep had not been part of the draw I would have still watched because of Rachel.

Teyla was a character so filled with wonderful possiblities and Rachel the right person to carry it off. It's sad her talents and her vision was never used to the full.

I'm in agreement with the both of you. I would agree with you too if Shep had not been a part of the draw. I would have still watch too because of Rachel. The thing I loved about SGA was the potential. And what I loved about Teyla besides Rachel's portrayal of her were the possibilities. There was some much that we didn't know about her and her people. And it is just a shame after five years we didn't learn anything new. Shame on the writers!
