'The Insider' did a little bit about the GQ photoshoot, and they said something under the lines of "in his own backyard, literally" and him "renting it while shooting lost".. so I believe it is.

Then that house is SWEET. I knew he's said that he's right on the beach, but man. To be in the pool and see the ocean? I hate him. ;)
