Well, you could always buy it and rent it out, thus eliminating you needing to live there. But I understand what you mean. I want a house, and feel that a big part of me is ready to have one, but I don't know how I feel about this area I'm in, either. A house seems like something you should enjoy being in for a while, so naturally you want to live in an area that you like. It's a hard choice, really.
