Yesterday was quite productive. Found out my brother's moving to Topeka, Kansas (technically he's been there for a while but he now has his own place so he came yesterday to get the rest of his stuff) so at the request of my dad, I went by to see him off. I won't be able to do anything until next year, but I'm still hoping it's available next October. So far it's already up to code so it's pretty much ready to sell. I shall keep my eye on this one and hope it's still around.

They're nice, but when I look at the years they were built, all I can think of is suburban sprawl and white flight... St. Clair isn't too far though, and I figure you're used to commutes, so I hope your buying experience works out.

Urban sprawl and white flight? Have you been to Cahokia lately? It's semi-ghetto for sure, and half of the houses in that subdivision where the ones I was looking at will tell you so. Take a drive through some of Cahokia. I guarantee you it's a semi-ghetto.
