Well yesterday wasn't too bad for me. First on my agenda was of course to my parents' place for barbecue because nothing beats my dad's barbecue at all (although I wish he would invest in beef ribs instead of pork because hardly any of us eat pork anymore). I don't know, but you've got to know that I come from a family where getting married and having children is quite the norm because everyone's doing it (well everyone in this country's doing it because that's the established norm for years). Trust me, I don't get this, but I defy my family's norm by living how I want to. They don't like it too much, but I don't care. It's my life, I do with it how I want to.

*hugs* You really don't need a girlfriend and I am so glad you can see that rather than automatically doing what is expected of you.
Sounds like it was a great time at Nate's. I was gone but am back around. Look me up if you wanna talk or take in a movie.
Oh, and if you really want to freak out the folks I'll keep my wedding ring on, and you can present ME as your married, much older girlfriend. I insist on hidden cameras though, for the reaction videos.
