Why is it that everytime I work my favorite holliday of the year, my day ends up going down the hole? Why is that? I wish there were a way to take off Tuesday nights, but, seeing how as there's a double truck...eh, not possible. I think the only good thing to come out of that is I got a little bit of O/T (well good news for me bad news for the store). And at least I got 8 hours of time and a half out of it.

Sorry your day sucked. I myself had three loads to take care of today but I get help (and it wasn't on the fourth). Only problem is going into the cooler and freezer. Grocery stuff is easy but when you are stocking at zero to sub-zero temperatures it slows you down...and makes your feet cold! Well, life goes on and we hope it gets better. Just plan to live forever and eventually you'll have enough money saved up to quit your job and do whatever you want!

I want to try to get back into school at some point. Hence I can save up enough to make community college, that's what I plan on doing.

Bummer about the tough shift, but four days off in a row will be sweet! Plus, may I add that I love your icon. ;-)

Well, it's not four nights off in a row. At first I had to work four nights straight (Thursday though Sunday), but since we had two trucks on Wednesday, I opted to go in that night, giving me Thursday night off and having me work Friday through nights instead. Good thing for me because I'll my money will be in on my new day off.
