Rings, yes. But generally engagement rings are the only ones with any sort of gemstone.

... ... although getting her a very simple engagement ring is also a good idea. One with maybe a small gemstone that would be even with the metal. Otherwise, she won't be able to wear it often, which would defeat the point.
